There was all this recent chatter of how Lindsay Lohan had to play Victoria Gotti in an upcoming film. Who knows? What I do know is that it's obvious Lindsay is NOT sober. Did she even notice her outfit? And, when your hair matches a Gotti, it's not a good thing.
