Baker Joanne Chang's Flour Bakery + Cafe has been a Boston establishment for a decade. It just celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 26th, 2010. With 3 Flour outlets in Boston and Cambridge plus a funky diner called Myers + Chang (which Chang opened with her husband, Christopher Myers) all operating at the same time, you must think that she has enough on her plate to keep her busy 24/7.
Well, apparently not busy enough, as she found time to co-author her first cookbook: Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery + Cafe that just became available on Amazon and other retailers.
